  1. General Terms and Conditions
     

The following contractual terms (the “General Terms and Conditions”) apply to all offers, contracts, and services between HUNGRY KLUB KLG, based in Zurich, Switzerland, and the customer (hereinafter referred to in these General Terms and Conditions as the “Customer” or “Participant”).

They apply without limitation unless they conflict with mandatory applicable law. Deviations from these terms in the areas governed herein are only valid if confirmed in writing by HUNGRY KLUB KLG, subject to mandatory applicable law.

By purchasing an event ticket or accepting a written offer, the Customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

 

2. General Terms and Conditions for the Organization of Public Events

  1. Event Tickets for Public Events. To participate in an event organized by HUNGRY KLUB KLG, the purchase of a ticket through the HUNGRY KLUB KLG website is required. The purchased ticket entitles the holder to attend the booked event on the agreed date. Changes to a booking are only possible in accordance with the conditions stated under “Rebookings” on the website.​​

  2. The holding of events is subject to a minimum number of participants. Unless otherwise stated in the event description, the minimum number of participants is 25 persons. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 10 days prior to the event, HUNGRY KLUB KLG reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, each participant will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

  3. A rebooking or credit towards another event in the same price category is possible up to 30 days prior to the original event date.

  4. Cancellations:

    1. Up to 14 days before the event: Refund of 50% of the purchase price.

    2. After that, no refunds will be issued.

  5. TransferabilityThe purchaser has the right to transfer or assign the purchased event ticket to a third party, provided that HUNGRY KLUB KLG is notified in writing or by email prior to the event.

  6. Changes to Services and Event Cancellations by HUNGRY KLUB KLG.HUNGRY KLUB KLG reserves the right to make minor changes to the services provided during events. The company is also entitled to cancel events at short notice, for example, due to force majeure. In such cases, the customer has the option of a free cancellation with a full refund or to convert the ticket into a credit for a future event.

 

3. General Terms and Conditions for the Organization of Private Events

  1. Conclusion of Contract and Scope of Services: HUNGRY KLUB KLG offers services for the organization and execution of private events. A contract is concluded upon acceptance of a written offer. The exact scope of services is specified in a written contract or offer.

  2. Payment terms: The payment terms are specified in a written contract or offer. Typically, a deposit is due at the time of booking or prior to the event. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days after the event. In case of late payment, interest on arrears or reminder fees may be charged.

  3. Cancellation: In the event that the participant cancels the event, HUNGRY KLUB KLG reserves the right to charge for services already provided up to the date of cancellation. This includes all services rendered, bookings, preparations, and any costs incurred in connection with the event.

4.Photo and video recordings:

During events, HUNGRY KLUB KLG takes photo and video recordings in which participants or customers of HUNGRY KLUB KLG events may appear. By purchasing a ticket, the customer agrees that this photo and video material may be used for communication purposes such as social media, website, and similar channels. The customer has the option to notify HUNGRY KLUB KLG in writing up to 7 days before the event if they do not consent to the publication of such photo and video material for communication purposes.

When using a photo booth, the customer agrees that the images captured may be uploaded online via an easily accessible link and thus made available. Only guests who actively step in front of the camera are captured.

 

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All contracts between HUNGRY KLUB KLG and the participants (whether for public or private events) are governed by substantive Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
